This is required in communities like Nigeria where there is high report of Malaria fever occurrence. Such has helped in identifying the early signals and symptoms associated with common medical prescriptions. Poor documentation of ADRs emanating from face-to-face interview, professional prescription notes etc. and many others had always been associated to weak policies as regards drug monitoring. Literature seems to be the best way to evaluate the extent of work done and the future direction so as to achieve a more controlled drug administration process.
